About tMHFA:
tMHFA is a program developed by the National Council for Mental Health, designed to raise mental health awareness among high school students. Through the program, students learn to recognize the signs of common mental health conditions, addiction, bullying, self-harm, and suicide. They are also taught how to talk about their concerns with trusted adults and how to practice self-care.
Cost: The program costs $12.95 per student, plus a small additional fee. It can be delivered either in-person or virtually.
